- The terms and conditions apply to the website www.65000.co.uk , which is controlled, owned and operated by STEP39 LTD. Registered in England number 5993738 at St John's House, 54 St John's Square, London, EC1V4JL.
- The services provided by STEP39 LTD on the website www.65000.co.uk are available in the UK and in other countries where specified.
- STEP39 LTD will use your information, including any which you provide, for administration, marketing and customer services. STEP39 LTD will NOT disclose or sell your details to any third parties without your prior permission.
- STEP39 LTD will not be liable for any loss, expense or other liability whatsoever you may incur as a result of any event beyond STEP39 LTD's reasonable control.
- STEP39 LTD will honor any agreement until the end of any said contract, and will notify the customer well in advance as to when the contract will finish, as a way to protect the customers keyword from other interested parties.
- The customer will, on receipt of any password or account details, keep them private and confidential, and not permit the use of to any third parties.
- The customer will ensure that the use of this service is confined to legal and moral use, and that they agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of phonepayplus the telecomunication governing body, formerly known as ICSTIS. PhonePayplus.
- STEP39 LTD may in its sole discretion terminate its agreement with you pursuant to these terms and conditions or suspend your account at any time without notice to you in the event that you breach (or STEP39 LTD reasonably suspects that you have breached) any part of these terms and conditions. If STEP39 LTD terminates its agreement with you, or suspends your account for any of the reasons, it shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and (except where required by law) STEP39 LTD shall not be obligated to refund any monies that you have previously paid using the Service.
- STEP39 LTD shall on and from the Access Dates use all reasonable endeavours to maintain the Services 24 hours in every day on every day but STEP39 LTD shall not be liable for any failure to maintain the Services in such manner whether this arises from a technical or other failure in the Services, at Network level or otherwise. STEP39 LTD does not warrant that the Services or the Networks or STEP39 LTD’s Internet connection or any Public Network will be fault free or free of interruptions. As such STEP39 LTD cannot guarentee up time exeeding 95%.
- STEP39 LTD reserves the right from time to time to improve or alter the Services as it deems appropriate provided such changes do not substantially change the nature of the Services. Further, STEP39 LTD reserves the right to suspend access to part or all of the Services as required for the purposes of remedial or preventative maintenance or improvement of the Services provided that STEP39 LTD shall use all reasonable endeavours to keep such suspension to a minimum.
- The number 65000 is not eligible for use as an Adult service by the regulator. Adult services are defined as containing or offering "Sexually explicit" material or services. No "Adult services will be permitted to be operated on this number and will be closed as soon as we are aware of their existance. - STEP39 LTD has a policy not to refund on any contract unless the service has been proven to be defective thereby not meeting the terms of sale set out on this page.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept the period for which you have requested the service and understand that the contract between yourself and STEP39 LTD will run for the full term with no option to cancel either by yourself or STEP39 LTD unless a covered by another clause in this contract.
- STEP39 LTD reserve the right to make additional charges to cover infrastructure expenses should excessive traffic be generated by an account holder.
- These conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
